We use a volume-based pricing system. The more space your junk takes up in our truck, the more it costs. Whether it’s a single item or a full property cleanout, you pay for the portion of the truck you fill. We may apply upcharges for:

• Extremely heavy items (e.g., concrete, bricks, pianos)
• Long carry distances (e.g., apartments without elevator access)
• Disassembly work (e.g., hot tubs, large furniture, sheds)
• Special handling (e.g., hazardous materials, tight access)

We always walk through the job with you beforehand and explain any added costs upfront.
